Funds to Convert a Former Council Office Building into 32 Flats

Our client was able to acquire an historic council building for conversion for an excellent price. The costs to convert the building were significant and the work needed to be completed quickly as most of the flats had sold off plan. The client needed a speedy and streamlined process and to be able to drawdown the money each month.

Lowry Capital provided funds of £3,168,000 in thirteen drawdowns. The development will prove to be a very lucrative project, netting our client over £1million profit after all costs.
