We often lend on property projects that other lenders won’t lend on. We do not have strict lending criteria and lend on a wide variety of property types. If a deal makes sense we’ll always take a view. We can fund in multiple drawdowns, and tailor funding lines to meet a schedule of works.

Our hands-off lending approach means you’re in full control of the development and no Quantity Surveyors are required. Our funding structure also means you keep a percentage of sales to boost your cash-flow. We often fund smaller developments and experience is NOT essential.
